Molokai was born from our shared passion for food and travel. Above all, we are epicureans — we love good food, discovering new flavors, and exploring new places. Trained at the Glion Institute of Higher Education, we learned the value of excellence, but it was through our travels around the world that we came to understand how food nourishes the soul and brings people together.
Inspired by the Hawaiian island of Molokai, known as “the island of friends,” we set out to recreate that same spirit of togetherness in a chic and relaxed atmosphere. At Molokai, every bowl is an invitation to travel — to savor ultra-fresh ingredients and global flavor fusions that are delicious, endlessly customizable, and often surprising. We believe that poke can be a premium yet accessible dish for everyone, without compromising on quality or creativity.
